The History of the villa
My mother was born 200m from here in a house located at the tip of Neiz Vran, that of my great-grandmother who was called Marie.
My mother spent all her childhood and youth there. She is a child of the Pagan country, this small secret corner of the Coast of the Legends.
She grew up facing the sea, playing and walking on the beautiful dunes of fine white sand. Later, social networks invaded the world, very attached to her childhood memories, she took the nickname of Marie Neiz Vran.
Ty Marie Neiz Vran is therefore a tribute to my mother and my Breton origins. This house also belonged to my ancestors, but it came to us, my husband (also of Breton origin) and me, a little by magic. The story is quite fantastic but we would have to write a novel...
We saved this house from ruin and put a lot of energy into restoring it by combining tradition and modernity.
The interior of the house is insulated with hemp lime and the extension is a wooden construction. The windows and bay windows are triple glazed. We have installed an open and closed fireplace and the heating is underfloor on the ground floor. On the first floor, beyond the sea view of the rooms, the electric heating is soft heat and on the side of the dormitory, we put toys and books for the children.
Little by little, we are embellishing the garden, planting flowers and new shrubs every year.
You will see that this house has a unique atmosphere and, as an additional magical effect, it brings luck to all those who take care of it.
Today we are very happy to share with you the happiness of this place and we hope that you will fall in love with it as we did.
We wish you a wonderful stay and above all, enjoy every new minute that life offers us.
